Delivery damage and DOA

If a product arrives damaged, not in conformity with the order, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the problem encountered.

Possible solutions

Operational exclusions

Situations reported beyond the 48-hour delivery deadline without sufficient documentation are not covered as delivery damage, except for mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
